Michael advises clients in general corporate, merger/acquisition, day-to-day business transaction, advertising, licensing, regulatory, employment, and franchise issues.
Michael returns to the firm after spending a few years as the Director of Business and Legal Affairs for Zevia (the zero-calorie natural soda company). There, Michael oversaw the company's portfolio of several trademarks registered around the world, marketing copy, regulatory compliance, dozens of contracts, lawsuits, employment disputes, and ultimately the sale of the business to a private equity firm.
